1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cv9990 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by cv9990

cv9990 reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement, is engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or where suspension is required for security, compliance, or responsible gaming reasons. During a suspension period, the player's account balance will be held and the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or access games.

8.2 Permanent Closure by cv9990

Following investigation, cv9990 may permanently close an account where a serious breach of these terms has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting, cv9990 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and void all pending or recent winnings. Where the account closure is not due to player misconduct (for example, where cv9990 exits a market), any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion & Closure
